The report suggests that these beings cannot be reached by radio but may be detectable by radar. The document also notes that among other extraterrestrial species, we are visited by creatures from other dimensions, particularly from the etheric plane coexisting with our physical universe. The report indicates that these entities appeared as translucent giants.
