This is the story of a little dog who was rescued from a shelter in Central Valley, California, for two years he spent his days in a pound until the day finally came to be completely free and loved. From the moment Lisa saw him she knew that was the one.

The little dog, named Meaty, was adopted by Lisa Reilly, who from the moment she saw a photograph by Fresno Bully Rescue, knew immediately that she wanted to make him part of her family.h-a-n-h

It reminded Lisa of her own dog Kitty, who had crossed the canine rainbow just three months earlier. Without wasting any more time she headed to the shelter and she found Meaty sunbathing, once again she knew that he was the one.

Lisa took him to her home where his five canine siblings were waiting for him, all rescued and with different personalities, very spoiled and with different ways of asking for attention.
