“The snake has gone in the ear,” reads the caption to the bizarre Facebook clip, which was posted on Sept. 1 by an India-based social media star named Chandan Singh to his 20,126 followers. However, it’s unclear where, when, or how this unfortunate event transpired.
The horrifying video shows a yellow-colored snake deeply stuck in a woman’s ear. The clip shows a doctor trying to pull out the snake from her ear using a clip while wearing hand gloves. The snake is seen peeping out from the head side. The footage further shows the doctor’s making several attempts and trying every possible effort to take out the snake from her ear, but it seems all efforts go in vain. The nail-biting video kept viewers glued to their screens but it ended with a question mark whether the girl was freed from the snake or not. The incomplete ending disappointed netizens and left them concerned about the woman.
The now-viral clip ends without revealing whether or not the surgery was successful, leaving viewers shocked and appalled.
However, some viewers thought the clip was fake with one calling it “100% false” while another wondered how it managed to fit the rest of its body in her ear canal. One skeptic thought it odd that the snake was poking out headfirst — as this would mean that it crawled in her ear and then turned around in such a confined space.
